P.E. INSTRUCTOR

B.S.B.A in Marketing, University of Arizona
Masters of Business Administration, Drexel University

I am a fitness coach and the founder of YOFitness and Health. I am also a wife and a proud mom to two amazing daughters. As a strong believer in empowering children to embrace and practice healthy living, I am passionate about connecting them to the simple practices of movement, exercise, and mindfulness. These practices not only help children stay healthy, but also develop mental clarity and provide an outlet for their energy.

Teaching young children about God and helping them understand how to maximize their calling to do mighty things for Him with a fit body during their formative years is crucial work. Our bodies are vessels given to us by God, and it is essential to keep them healthy. Working with children brings me joy, and I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of Caritas and serve as a part-time PE instructor. I am excited to help children strengthen their faith through movement and exercise.

I am an alumnus of the University of Arizona, where I earned my BSBA in Business Marketing at the Eller College of Management. Recently, I completed my MBA from the Drexel Le Bow College of Business. In 2019, I obtained my certification to teach yoga and meditation from CorePower Yoga. Additionally, I am a certified Zumba instructor for kids and adults.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, serving as a Sunday school teacher at the Cornerstone Christian Fellowship Ministry, and volunteering at non profit organizations that deliver health, nutrition, mindfulness, and physical education to underserved children in Arizona.
